1: Do I have to pay for the registration ?
Ans: Registration is Free of Charge.
2: Upon Confirmation, do i have to pay 1Tuition for the service ?
Ans: No, the administration fees of 50% commission is from the tutor's first
month's pay. Example: Monthly tuition fee is $200. On the 2nd week of
employment, we will collect $100 of the monthly tuition fee from you, the
remaining $100 of the monthly tuition fee will be payable by you to the tutor
at the end of the 4th week upon completion of one month's service.
3: How long will i get a tutor after doing the online registration ?
Ans: Upon receiving your Online Registration, our coordinator will get back
to you within 24hrs or less. It normally takes around 48hrs or less to
shortlist a list of tutors for your selection.
4. Can i change the tutor if i find that he/she is not suitable ?
Ans: Yes, you can.
5. Beside fill up the online form, is there any other ways for me to
get a tutor from 1tuition ?
Ans: Yes, you can call us at 6726 2008. (Should there be times whereby we
can’t answer your call, kindly leave us a voice mail and we will get back to
you asap :)
